The 34-year-old actor and 26-year-old actress are set to star in the biopic detailing the relationship between golden age of Hollywood icons Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers.
Amazon Studios and Automatik are teaming up for the new feature film according to a Friday report from Deadline.

As Astaire and Rogers are known for their iconic dance numbers together, no doubt the thespians portraying them also have to be proficient in the rhythmic art.

Luckily the stars have experience dancing on camera as Bell famously portrayed the titular character in 2000 film Billy Elliot.
Qualley showed off her extensive dance skills in FX’s critically acclaimed Fosse/Verdon in addition to a viral Kenzo perfume ad directed by Spike Jonze.
Astaire and Rogers were dance partners in a total of 10 films with nine of them with RKO Radio Pictures from 1933 to 1939.
