Coleen Rooney braves the pouring rain after her daily coffee run amid WAG war

Coleen Rooney battled the pouring rain as she headed home after her daily coffee run on Friday.

The WAG, 34, opted for a cosy white jumper and leggings as she dashed to her car with an umbrella in hand after grabbing the hot drink.

Coleen’s outing comes just days after the latest update in her year-long ‘WAG war’ with Rebekah Vardy came to light, as it was revealed she had been accused of sending a chilling message to the star.

Coleen cut a laid-back figure in a comfy white jumper and black leggings as she grabbed her umbrella to dash to the car.

The mother-of-four had her daily beverage in hand as she rushed to the car to head home.

Coleen’s outing come as her dramatic legal battle with Rebekah raged on, as it was revealed on Wednesday that her nemesis had accused her of sending a chilling message. 

The wife of Jamie Vardy has claimed that Coleen wrote: ‘If you play games with me, I will play them harder’ and dragged two more stars into her ‘Wagatha Christie’ High Court war, according to new court documents.

The extraordinary claims came as Rebekah’s legal team lodged a robust reply to Coleen’s defence, and launched a scathing attack on her online ‘investigation’, making it sound more Clouseau than Christie. 

Rebekah has named two other footballer’s wives, glamour model Danielle Lloyd, 36, and Real Housewives of Cheshire star Dawn Ward, 47, as part of the group with access to her rival’s private Instagram account.  

The dispute between Coleen and Rebekah began in October 2019.

Coleen claimed fake stories she posted about herself and her family were leaked after only being seen by Vardy’s Instagram account. In July, Rebekah filed a £1million lawsuit for defamation, saying she had been falsely accused.

Mother-of-four boys Coleen had written of how she set a trap to discovered who she thought had been leaking stories to The Sun, by making up a series of bogus posts.

The fake posts included stories about Coleen resuming her television career, going to Mexico for gender selection of a child, and a flood in the basement of her new home.

But Rebekah’s legal team say the private Instagram account was accessible to 367 others at the time of the leak, including friends, journalists and gossip column writers.

Instead, the document says Rebekah does not know the identity of the person behind the leaks.
