Mary-Kate Olsen keeps a cool demeanor while running errands in Manhattan

She is less than a week away from facing off in court against her 51-year-old estranged husband Olivier Sarkozy, whom she filed for divorce from in May.

But Mary-Kate Olsen looked virtually stress-free on Wednesday as she ran errands in Manhattan’s trendy Soho neighborhood.

The actress-turned-designer, 34, followed COVID-19 guidelines by rocking a face mask for the duration of her outing.

Mary-Kate, who created the ready-to-wear brand The Row with twin sister Ashley, did not let the winter temperatures stop her from putting on a chic display.

She concealed the majority of her slender frame beneath a Louis Vuitton duster coat, which was lined with silk fabric featuring the brand’s iconic moniker.

Olsen threw on some plain black trousers and slipped her feet into a pair of leather round-toed boots.

The New York Minute star wore her hair parted down the middle and let her lengthy strands flow down her chest in waves.

Based on her cool demeanor, Olsen may feel confident about her impending December 15 court date, where she is set to settle her divorce with Olivier.

The focus of their court battle is their $13.5 million NYC townhouse, which they own together.

In Olsen’s divorce petition, which she filed in the New York Supreme Court in May, she claimed she had been effectively kicked out of their rented apartment.

The residence is in the Gramercy Park neighborhood.

Sarkozy had reportedly not renewed the $29,000 a month lease during the height of the coronavirus outbreak.

They also own a sprawling five-bedroom and 4,000-square-foot home in Bridgehampton on Long Island worth millions.

Sarkozy moved his ex-wife Charlotte Bernard, their two children and his mother into the Bridgehampton home, meaning Olsen could not stay there.

In the petition Olsen asked for continued use of the Bridgehampton home, their home in Gramercy and another home on East 49th Street in Manhattan.

Sarkozy, who happens to be the half-brother of former French president Nicolas Sarkozy, and Olsen officially became a couple in 2012 and tied the knot in 2015.

Mary-Kate and her twin sister Ashley starred as the spunky Michelle Tanner on the beloved family sitcom Full House, which ran from 1987 to 1995. They were just a year old when they landed the role.

As they grew older, the talented twins starred in a slew of memorable made-for-TV films and direct-to-video films that were produced by Dualstar Entertainment Group.

Some of the kid-friendly films included 1999’s Passport to Paris and 2001’s Holiday in the Sun, which starred a very young Megan Fox.

Mary-Kate and Ashley would shoot their final film together titled New York Minute, which premiered in theaters in 2004.

Although Ashley abandoned the movie business, Mary-Kate appeared in a few more projects over the years, like the 2011 romantic film Beastly with actress Vanessa Hudgens and various guest spots on television.

The Row, which started as a passion project of Ashley’s, was co-founded by the twins in 2006 and has since garnered a cult following for its chic, minimalist aesthetic.
