Country singer Jessie James Decker shared an eye-popping photo to her Instagram account on Thursday.

The 32-year-old wife of former football player Eric Decker showed off her slender figure in a bright pink bikini as she flashed her backside.    

‘Happy Thirst-day. Take your vitamins, drink your coffee, do your squats and make today count✨✨✨ #thirstday,’ said the songbird.

Thirst-day is when over-the-top sexy photos which beg to be liked are shared on Thursday.

Decker looked toned in her image as she put her backside and legs on display; she also had a golden tan that hinted the image could be from the summer.

The cookbook author was standing on a paver near mature trees as her curly hair fell down her back.

She had on heavy makeup with long lashes and big Jenny From The Block style hoop earrings.

Earlier this year she said she had gained some weight.

‘On my tour I had gained some weight and on my 5’1 frame that can be a lot(All the short girls know what I’m talkin bout),’ she began.

‘I noticed when my jeans weren’t buttoning anymore, and I wanted to get back to myself and start feeling strong and healthy and energized again.’

She continued: ‘So I made a change right before this photo shoot and busted my butt! I did 100 lunges a day, squats, 100 crunches and couple mile walks ( I don’t love running) and stuck to a very strict program and lost 6 lbs in 7 weeks!!’

In 2019 she lost 25lbs while on the South Beach Diet. 

This fall she was seen on vacation in Colombia with several friends as well as her mother Karen Parker.

The looker shared on photo where she had her arm around blonde pal Jessica Payne who stood out in a red bikini. In another image Decker was at the spa with her mom. 

‘My girl and my mommy ✨,’ she told her 3.3M Instagram followers. 

Jessie, who was born Jessica Rose James, is the daughter of Karen and Robert James.  

Jessie was in a black and white two piece that made the most of her petite 5ft1in frame. And her friend was in a scarlet red two piece; the top had a keyhole in front and the briefs were low on her hips.

‘I don’t have any nannies or anything, but when I need help with my kids, my momma is right there, taking care of my babies for me, if Eric and I have something to do. So, I’ll be spoilin her, sending her to get a massage, ’cause it’s a lot with three under four.’ 

She wed Eric Decker in 2013 and in 2014 they welcomed their first child, Vivianne Rose. In 2015 she had her second Eric II and in 2018 her third, Forrest Bradley.   

In September Jessie said  she really doesn’t like hitting the gym.

‘Gonna be honest… I hate working out. I dread it. I’m one of those girls that watches the clock and counts down to the last second when I can be done,’ said the beauty who has been married to former American football wide receiver Eric Decker since 2013.

‘I wish I enjoyed it. I wish I was a big workout junkie but the truth is I just don’t!’

The mother of three then added: ‘I do know that in order to achieve a strong body that I want to have and maintain I MUST put the hard work into it.’

And people come to her for advice often: ‘Everyone asks me all the time what kind of work out I do and what I eat. As far as work outs I’ll be real, I hate running so I don’t do much of that.’

Decker then said: ‘I do enjoy lifting weights and quick circuit training. I love the stairmaster, I love nice long walks (lunges are key, I do 100 at a time). I work out a few times a week and usually no more than 40 minutes time.’

‘But the biggest factor is watching what I EAT and making sure whatever I’m putting in my body is going to make me feel strong and energized.’
