Paris Hilton posts idyllic snaps from the ‘paradise’ of Bora-Bora in a leopard print dress amid ongoing travel restrictions due to COVID-19

It’s the latest instance of the rich and famous flouting the recommendations and ordinances followed by the general public.

Paris Hilton took to her Instagram on Tuesday, posting an idyllic slideshow of images from the Four Seasons Resort in Bora-Bora, French Polynesia.

The socialite extraordinaire, 39, lounged in a golden swan balloon on a deck overlooking crystalline blue waters, with rugged green islands in the background.

The Simple Life star wore a leopard print dress, and had her knees up as she lounged.

She also wore clunky tortoiseshell designer sunglasses.

Hilton‘s blond hair was in a casual low bun.

She captioned the post simply with, ‘Paris in paradise.’

She added the emojis for sparkles and a crown.

And on her IG Stories, Paris included images of herself in the swan raft in the water, wearing a lovely two-piece swimsuit.

The caption read ‘Sliving in paradise’ – using Paris’s trademark phrase that combines slaying and living.

Another image saw the media personality wearing a striped bikini along with what looked to be giant monarch butterfly wings.

Since 2006, the Four Seasons hotel chain is primarily owned by Bill Gates and Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal – not Paris’s famous hotelier family.

Hilton’s posts come as much of the globe is facing its most challenging time yet in regard to the coronavirus pandemic, with swaths of the US and Europe still in lockdown and an overwhelming majority of travel grounded, forbidden or canceled.

The situation has not deterred other stars from ritzy travel, however, as was seen at the end of October with Paris‘s longtime friend Kim Kardashian.

For her 40th birthday, the reality superstar flew her entire family and closest friends to a private island in Tahiti, not far from Bora-Bora.
