Dolly Parton pulled a nine-year-old actress from the path of an oncoming vehicle while shooting her new Netflix holiday film Christmas on the Square.
Talia Hill told Inside Edition that she was returning to the set of the movie after going to get a hot chocolate, and she felt the 74-year-old country star physically pull her back as a car was coming.
‘She’s like, “Well, I am an angel, you know; cause she plays an angel in the movie,’ Talia said of the film, which Debbie Allen directed.

She continued: ‘I was in shock. She hugged me and shook me and said, “I saved your life!”’
Talia opened up about being in the presence of the famed Tennessee native, saying, ‘When Dolly walked in she smelled like heaven. She greeted everyone even if you were a trashcan person. It was such a great feeling.’
Hill and two of her siblings Tristan, 16, and Tyson, 13, all appear in the film, as their mother Tonia Hill has decades in entertainment, working at Walt Disney World for 26 years, according to the outlet.
‘I danced with all three of my babies in my bellies,’ Tonia told the show, while Tristan said, ‘Watching her made me want to perform and be on stage.’

Tonia has been focusing on her kids’ show business careers amid being laid off from the resort amid the pandemic.
Talia added: ‘She makes me grow as a dancer; she tells me if something doesn’t look good or if it is the wrong note.’
Tristan said of working with the 9 To 5 star on the film: ‘When you think of Dolly Parton, you are just like “it is Dolly Parton,” but when you actually see her you are like “Wow, it’s Dolly Parton,” being in her presence lifts you. She is so amazing.’
Christmas on the Square is streaming now on Netflix.
