He is a doting father to four children, two of whom he shares with ex Katie Price.
And Peter Andre admitted he is definitely the stricter parent and believes it is due to the way he was brought up by his own mother and father as a child.
The TV personality, 47, has been co-parenting his children Junior, 15, and Princess, 13, ever since he split with their mum and his ex-wife Katie in 2009.

Peter, who is also father to his daughter Amelia, six, and son Theo, four, from his marriage to wife Emily, joked in an ideal world his kids would ‘listen to everything he says’.
The singer said he told his children to stay off social media until the turned 13 and tried to keep them from setting it to public until they reached age 14.
He told Daily Star Online : ‘Junior has stuck to it. Princess not so much but what I did with Princess was compromise so I told her to turn her comments off.’

He added: ‘Ideally my kids would listen to everything I say. But as parents we have to come to compromises because this is the way of the future. It’s online.’
He went on: ‘I’ve always kind of been the stricter parent. The only reason that is, is because my dad and mum were very strict. But they were so strict to the point that I couldn’t do anything. I’ve taken the best bits that I realised when I was older.’
His comments come amid claims that he was furious Princess had posted a series of snaps of herself wearing a full face of make-up with her mum.
A source told New magazine : ‘Pete doesn’t want Princess to follow in her mum’s footsteps at all.
‘Posting those photos is glamorising her in the public eye. She’s only 13 and Peter hates the idea of her growing up too quickly.
‘Princess received lots of troll comments online after the pictures were posted – Pete is very unhappy that Katie has put her in that situation.’
A representative for Katie told the Mirror that both parents were focused on being good and devoted parents to their children.
