Madonna gets her first ever tattoo featuring the initials of all six of her children: ‘Inked for the very first time’
There’s a first time for everything.
And at 62 years of age, Queen of Pop Madonna has gotten ‘inked for the very first time.’
On Monday night, the Vogue hitmaker posted an album to Instagram documenting her first tattoo experience, which took place at the Shamrock Social Club in Hollywood, California.

The images showed her Madgesty in a Burberry argyle patchwork sweater and black patterned face mask as she consulted with her tattoo artist, East Iz, whom she tagged in the post.
Madonna included a ‘before’ photo, showing her bare wrist.
She also posted a shot of the wall of the tattoo parlor covered in decorations and wallhangings, including an icon of the Virgin Mary.

Then came the money shot of the music icon lying down as the tattoo artist worked on her wrist.
The music icon had her hand up in her pink colored hair, presumably in pain.
After a close-up of the tattoo artist at work as well as another icon of the Virgin, Madonna showed off her brand new ink, which was a row of six letters in all caps: L R D M S E.

The initials signify her six children’s first names, in order of age: Lourdes, 24, Rocco, 20, David, 15, Mercy, 14, and Stella and Estere, eight.
Madonna captioned the gallery, ‘Inked for The Very First Time…’ including the hashtag #family.
The entertainer is surely basking in the afterglow of her Thanksgiving family reunion, which saw all six of her children under the same roof.

The family moment featured the clan of seven all clad in typically trendy ensembles.
The Ray Of Light songstress posed happily alongside her two biological children –Lourdes or ‘Lola’, and Rocco – and four adopted children from Malawi, Africa: David Banda, Mercy James and twins Stella and Estere.
