Brian Austin Green has filed for joint custody of his three kids with Megan Fox.

Green, 47, is seeking both joint legal and physical custody of Noah, eight, Bodhi, six, and Journey, four.

The documents, obtained by Us Weekly, show that Green has not requested any child support but he has asked for spousal support.

The actor’s filing shows that Fox is asking for the same.

Green publicly revealed he’d split from the Transformers actress in May as it emerged she’d been seeing Machine Gun Kelly after they met on the set of Midnight In The Switchgrass in Puerto Rico.

Green spoke out amid speculation he has been quarantining separately from his wife.

At the time Dailymail.com had also obtained photos of the actor and Fox exchanging their three children in a parking lot.

‘It sucks when life changes and something that you’re used to, that you’ve been doing for 15 years, you try and not get rid of but you change,’ Green said during an episode of his …With Brian Austin Green podcast.

‘There’s the unknown aspect… there’s that pit in my stomach… I really don’t want Megan and I to be at odds … she’s been my best friend for 15 years and I don’t want to lose that I will always love her. And I know she will always love me and I know as far as a family what we have built is really cool and really special.’

In October it was revealed that Green had accepted his ex’s new relationship.

‘He is doing his own thing and there’s no animosity.’ a source told Us Weekly.

But weeks later it appeared there was tension between the exes as Fox publicly blasted Green on social media for sharing a photo of their kids and accusing him of making her look like an absent parent.

‘Why does Journey have to be in this picture?’ Fox posted in the since-deleted comment. ‘It’s not hard to crop them out. Or choose photos that they aren’t in. I had a great Halloween with them yesterday, and yet notice how absent they are from my social media. I know you love your kids. But I don’t know why you can’t stop using them to posture via social media.

‘You’re so intoxicated with feeding the pervasive narrative that I’m an absent mother, and you are the perennial, eternally dedicated dad of the year. You have them half of the time. Congratulations you truly are a remarkable human!

‘Why do you need the internet to echo back to you what should be inexhaustibly evident in the way your children love you?’

The actors married in 2010 after dating on and off for six years.

They briefly separated in 2015 with Fox filing for divorce in August of that year. A year later they had reconciled and Fox withdrew her divorce petition in 2019.

Green also has 18-year-old son Kassius with ex-fiancee Vanessa Marcil.
