An amateur Australian home cook has shared how make the perfect lamb chops by using a 3.2 litre air fryer from Kmart instead of the oven.

The end result turned out perfectly golden on the outside and juicy on the inside, which would be ideal to serve with potatoes and a fresh salad.

‘I cooked chips afterwards and they were just as amazing with the same rosemary,’ Brian said.

Brian recommended flipping the meat halfway through the cooking time to ensure the lamb is cooked through perfectly.

He said next time he’ll shorten the cooking time to eight minutes for ‘pink blush chops’ inside the meat.

Brian confirmed no oil is required, only salt, pepper and fresh rosemary placed on the base of the air fryer.

‘Basic can sometimes be the best – apart from the infusion of rosemary, the “no oil” factor gave it an amazing flavour,’ he said.
