The couple recently sparked speculation that they secretly got married after Ian Stirling wore a wedding ring on Loose Women.

And Laura Whitmore joined her comedian fiancé, 32, for a post-lockdown meal out in London on Saturday night following the easing of Covid-19 restrictions.

The Love Island host, 35, looked effortlessly chic in brown flared trousers and a grey jumper as she enjoyed a date night with her beau.

She bundled up from the chilly autumnal weather in a spotted beige teddy bear coat and hid her icy hands underneath the sleeves of her jumper.

Laura styled her golden tresses in a straight fashion and let her natural beauty shine through with a low-coverage make-up palette.

Meanwhile the Scottish presenter cut a casual figure in black jeans and a grey button-up shirt as he chatted away to his girlfriend.

Iain completed his attire with a pair of white Converses and a black jacket as he clutched a notebook in his hand.

They both made sure to keep themselves protected amid the Covid-19 pandemic, as Ian donned a simple black face mask while Laura sported a glitzy gold covering.

Their date night came after England’s four-week lockdown concluded on December 2, with London being plunged into Tier 2 coronavirus safety measures.

The couple also made headlines last month after Iain sparked marriage rumours by flashing a glimpse of a wedding band on Loose Women.

The Love Island voiceover star romantically proposed to Laura earlier this year in South Africa with a yellow diamond ring he had designed.

And he fuelled rumours that they secretly wed after he wore a gold band while hosting the Loose Men takeover alongside Marvin Humes, Ronan Keating and Roman Kemp.

Laura was also spotted wearing a wedding band on her social media, leading fans to believe that the couple, who started dating in 2016, may have married in a private ceremony.

But a source previously revealed in April: ‘Their wedding plans are on hold due to the lockdown but it’s lovely to have a wedding to come.’

MailOnline contacted representatives for Iain and Laura for comment at the time.

Laura and Ian dated in secret when they first got together, with the Irish presenter later confirming in an interview that they decided to ‘own it’ and go public by sharing their relationship on social media.

She said: ‘We’d been together for four or five months before we put anything on our social media. I think at that point we were both like, “should we just own it?”

‘And then once you put it out there, no one gives a s***. People only care when they don’t know something.’

The pair, who live together and share a dog Mick, grew even closer this year after Laura took over presenting duties of winter Love Island, which Iain also narrated.
