The Block’s Shelley Craft cuts a casual figure as she oversees the final stages of her impressive $800,000 home build in Byron Bay… after buying the plot of land in 2017 for $1.35million

She bought a block of land with her real estate agent husband Christian Sergiacomi for $1.35million back in 2017.

And on Wednesday, The Block star Shelley Craft, 44, was spotted overseeing the final stages of the jaw-dropping new property in Byron Bay, NSW.

Formidable property flipper Shelley appeared in high spirits as she overlooked the construction at the site, in what looks to be an incredibly impressive new home.

At it again! On Wednesday, The Block star Shelley Craft, 44, was spotted overseeing the final stages of her home build in Byron Bay, NSW

Shelley cut a causal figure on the day, wearing a white linen shirt and ripped jeans, and appeared in high spirits as she chatted to construction crew on site.

The modern home has been designed with gorgeous wooden outdoor panels and a slanted roof.

But the crème de la crème feature of the property – which has already been decorated with plants – is the entry way.

It seems as though the entry way will have stunning glass panels installed for a dramatic impact when entering the home.

The 650sqm block holds a special place in the couple’s hearts, with it reportedly being only a short distance from where the pair tied the knot in 2009.

For the project, the couple had engaged architect Paul Uhlmann, who they have worked with before, in order to create plans for a home, which had a construction cost of $800,000.

It’s not the only project the duo have been working on.

In April, the property moguls successfully transformed a 1950s Byron Bay beach shack into a stunning family home.

They renovated the Pacifico cottage, which is a close to Tallow Beach, in four weeks after selling their ultramodern five-bedroom pad in Byron for $4.9 million.
