‘You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we’re apart… I’ll always be with you.’

In the snapshot, the former Baywatch star was seen wearing a white T-shirt emblazoned with the name Grenfell, which was circled with a heart.

The devastating June 2017 blaze at the 24-storey Grenfell Tower block of flats in North Kensington left 72 people dead and dozens homeless.

Referencing the Tories’ performance at the previous general election, which saw the party haemorrhage seats to Labour and  lose their overall Commons majority, she wrote: “Theresa May, who is on her last legs. Theresa May of the Pyhrric victory.

‘Theresa May, who won’t shake the hand of the victims of the Grenfell fire. Who doesn’t care about poor people. Who doesn’t care about justice or peace… The worst Prime Minister in living memory.’

Late last month, Pamela, who left California for her native Canada at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, revealed that she hadn’t seen her sons Brandon, 24, and Dylan, 22, for several months thanks to subsequent travel restrictions.

Speaking on ITV’s Loose Women, she said: ‘I miss my sons terribly and there are times I want to get into my car and just drive to them, there are frantic moments where I just want to see them.

‘There is an epidemic of loneliness, a lack of intimacy with technology, we have to embrace what’s happening now instead of the past, human contact is very important and we need to keep in touch.’

Pamela explained that she decided to move home to Canada at the beginning of the pandemic as she didn’t want to be Stateside during the presidential election, which eventually saw incumbent President Donald Trump defeated by Joe Biden.

She said: ‘I’m home this is where I grew up. I am right back where I started… it’s 6am you can see it’s still dark outside.

‘I came here to stop everything, I knew I’d come back eventually when I got sick of the world, and it’s nice I surround myself with a small group of people. Hollywood friends aren’t that necessary, I have friends. I’m still defending Julian Assange…’

Pamela added: ‘I don’t think I want to be in LA during the election… oh yes, mail-in ballot… oh boy, the government is ridiculous, I don’t know what to say but you have to vote or you can’t complain about it.’

Sadly the pandemic also meant that Pamela was unable to see her two sons, Brandon and Dylan.

‘They’re in LA and I’m here. if you come to Canada you have to quarantine for a couple of weeks,’ she explained.

‘I went to LA. I have seen Brandon but I haven’t seen Dylan for seven months, we FaceTime but it’s not great I need more, I want to hug them.’
