Matthew Perry models Friends-themed t-shirt riffing on Chandler catchphrase… as part of sale to benefit COVID-19 relief effort

Matthew Perry is selling some Friends-themed merchandise to help raise money in the fight against COVID-19.

The actor, who played Chandler Bing during the legendary sitcom’s 10 season run, announced the limited sale on social media by posting a photo of himself wearing a very on-brand t-shirt.

It showed Chandler dancing along with a riff on his character’s famous phrase: ‘Could this BE any more of a t-shirt?’

And in true Chandler fashion, Perry modeled the shirt while acting like he’s talking on a phone by holding a banana to his ear. 

‘What is this, a limited edition t-shirt for charity?’ Perry, 51, began in the caption.

‘For two weeks only, I’m releasing an apparel collection! Proceeds will support the World Health Organization’s COVID 19 relief efforts. Link in bio. Banana not included.’

The t-shirt with the famous phrase is available in several colors, with or without the three cartoon Chandler’s dancing on the front.

There are also hoodies, coffee mugs and baseball caps up for grabs for the charity sale.

Just last month, Perry announced his engagement to literary manager Molly Hurwitz.

‘I decided to get engaged,’ the Massachusetts native revealed to People magazine. 

‘Luckily, I happened to be dating the greatest woman on the face of the planet at this time.’

Hurwitz confirmed their were an item back on Valentine’s Day by sharing a sweet snap of her beau appearing to be sound asleep, while cradling a bright yellow smiley face balloon.

The whole Friends gang including — Perry, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer and Matt LeBlanc — are scheduled to tape the long-awaited reunion special in March 2021. 

The unscripted special was originally set to be shot this past March and premiere on HBO Max in May, along with the 236 original episodes of the hit series. But the COVID-19 pandemic put all the plans on hold.

It was Perry who announced the reunion was back on for next March in a tweet last month.
