Ashley Cain marked a milestone with his baby daughter Azaylia, who is battling a rare type of leukaemia, on Instagram on Saturday.
The Ex On The Beach star, 30, said it was the ‘best morning ever’ as he took the four-month-old for a walk down the corridor at Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
Ever the doting dad, Ashley took to Instagram to share adorable snaps holding his daughter.

Ashley revealed he was allowed to pack his daughter’s feeding pumps and wires into his backpack to go for a walk around the hospital.
Azaylia was dressed in pink, with an all-in-one, white socks and an adorable pink hair bow.

Last Sunday, Ashley shared several updates on Instagram where he revealed that Azaylia is undergoing three rounds of chemotherapy to battle her rare and aggressive form of leukaemia.

Ashley also posted a sweet video of his baby daughter having her ‘first laugh’.
The reality star revealed he had been ‘jumping around for hours like a madman’ just to make her happy and bring a smile to her face.
Sharing a picture of Azaylia at home and then hospital, Ashley said that he was amazed over his daughter’s ‘strength and determination’.

‘I’m truly amazed by the sheer strength and determination my daughter displayed throughout her first round of chemo and I’m grateful that she’s in a strong position entering phase 2.
‘Believe me, there’s a savage warrior behind that pretty face of hers! Most cancer drugs cause unwanted side effects because they damage normal cells as well as killing the cancer cells.’

Ashley then listed some of Azaylia’s symptoms, he wrote: ‘Added to Azaylia’s operations and chemo, she has also had this list of side effects to deal with.
‘Hair loss, nausea and vomiting, weight loss, bruising, bleeding, breathlessness, sore throat/mouth and stomach, high temperature and open wound sores on her neck and bum.
