Abbey Clancy reveals she’s too cold to take her jogging bottoms off after reuniting with her stylist for a new swimwear shoot… in December

Britain’s plunging temperatures got the better of Abbey Clancy as she reunited with her stylist on Friday. 

With lockdown restrictions lifted the model joined forces with regular fashion stylist and close friend Kelly Hidge for a new shoot, but was dissuaded from trying on swimwear by the chilly weather. 

Taking to Instagram, mother-of-four Abbey, 34, shared a playful snap of herself wearing a pair of bikini bottoms over her tracksuit bottoms as the December temperature got the better of her.

Captioning the image, she wrote: ‘When your stylist arrives with swimwear but your too cold to take your trackie off.’

Abbey and her husband Peter Crouch are proud parents to four children, Sophia, nine, Liberty, five, Johnny, two and Jack, 15 months.

Peter recently opened up about his dad duties in an interview with Rob Beckett and Josh Widdcombe’s Parenting Lockdown Hell earlier this month, as he admitted that his wife doesn’t trust him alone with their brood.

Speaking candidly about life in the Crouch-Clancy household, he said: ‘We’ve got some help, her mum is very good and we’ve got some family who can help us because I don’t think Abs would trust me fully on my own with all four’.

Abbey could be heard speaking in the background, as he added: ‘She’s looking at me now, oh yea did you hear that? She’s shouted over the top of me “what about that time you lost him at the farm?”

He said of the incident with son Jack: ‘We’re all in the farm and we’re with the toddlers, and you can’t get out of this little bit we’re in unless an adult presses the button, which is high enough for an adult to press…

‘Anyway a teenager, I thought he was fine playing where he is and teenagers obviously pressed the button and he’s gone out, now he’s out by the sheep now I’m sort of in the play bit.

‘It’s all covered and she’s gone “where’s Jack?” and I’ve gone, “he’s just… out by the sheep by the looks of it!” 

‘So there was a panic, but all good he didn’t go too far.’
