He’s the fitness fanatic who’s been helping to keep his fans in shape with his Train Wright fitness company.

And Mark Wright displayed the fruits of his labour as he showcased his ripped torso on Instagram on Wednesday following an intense session on his running machine.

The former TOWIE star, 33, also showed off his humorous side as he joined pal Olly Murs in recreating a hilarious scene from comedy Gavin and Stacey.

On his Instagram stories, Mark had clearly worked up a sweat as he revealed he’d done a 20 minute run after being injured for two weeks.

Filming himself in the mirror at his home gym, the TV star ditched his top as she showcased his washboard abs and bulging muscles.

Mark appeared in good spirits despite saying the run was ‘not easy’ as he encouraged his followers to give their fitness ‘one last push before Christmas’.

The star’s good mood was clearly seen in his amusing video with Olly Murs, 36, as they starred in their own version of last year’s Gavin and Stacey Christmas trailer – albeit with a Covid-10 twist.

The original saw Smithy (James Cordon) encourage his pal Gavin (Matthew Horne) to ‘step into Christmas’, with the duo then proceeding to dance along to the Christmas classic alongside Pamela (Alison Steadman) and Mick (Larry Lamb).

However, Olly and Mark’s version differed slightly as Olly arrived at Mark’s house with beers hoping to celebrate the festive season with him.

After they made pandemic-related jokes about keeping their distance and washing hands, Olly attempted to make his way inside while singing Step Into Christmas, but was blocked by Mark.

As Olly said that they were allowed to mix with three households and had therefore chosen Mark, the reality star sadly informed his friend that he had already formed bubbles with his own large family and couldn’t include Olly.

The scene ended with Mark telling his crestfallen pal that they could maybe socialise next year, with Olly walking away sadly.

Despite disappointing Olly, Mark and his wife Michelle Keegan had certainly been getting into the Christmas spirit recently, having put up their Christmas decorations over a month before the festive celebration.

The pair – who have been married since 2015 – documented their festive makeover on social media last month.

Their festive fun saw them showcase everything from the delivery of a gigantic tree, to the decorating of it to the impressive finished product.
