And the Dawson’s Creek star appears to be getting serious with her new beau, as they prepare for the holidays.
She took on winter in New York City with a chic black trench coat Wednesday, as she enjoyed a brisk romantic stroll through the city with Vitolo Jr.

She finished the look with a black face mask, while carrying two black leather bags over her shoulder.
Vitolo Jr, 33, kept it chic in a collarless brown leather jacket over a matching mock turtleneck, with green chinos, black leather wingtip shoes and a black face mask.
Holmes previously took to her Instagram Story to promote his Italian restaurant Emilio’s Ballato in SoHo, posting a photo of a Christmas tree in the window.

It comes after she enjoyed a weekend girls trip to Upstate New York with daughter Suri Cruise, 14, following Thanksgiving with Vitolo Jr.
A source told ET Online: ‘Katie and Emilo have been inseparable since they officially became a couple. He adores Suri and they get along great, but Katie has always been really good about ensuring she and Suri continue to have a lot of quality time just the two of them.’
Holmes wrote in her recent cover story for Vogue Australia: ‘To live for a moment in time without the pressure of results and instead appreciate the natural rhythms of mother and daughter was the most precious gift.’
Although she didn’t mention her whirlwind romance, Vitolo Jr reportedly posted the November cover to his Instagram Story, cheering on his girlfriend: ‘Yazzz baby.’

The couple seems to be joined at the hip, as they’ve since put their love on display with some hand holding and kissing around the city.
A source told Us Weekly back in October: ‘Emilio and Katie act like young teens in love when they are together.
‘Emilio lights up when she enters his restaurant and they kiss and hug like they haven’t seen each other in forever, but really they see each other almost every day.’
They added: ‘Emilio is into Katie. Whenever he’s asked about her, he blushes and smiles. They are always laughing when they’re together.
‘It’s constant smiles and loving looks between them and Emilio’s friends more than approve of Katie. They think she’s so great for him.’
