Amanda Holden is winter ready in a sweeping camel coat as she leaves Global Radio studios

Even a downpour couldn’t rain on Amanda Holden and Ashley Roberts’ parade as they made their latest pilgrimage across London‘s Leicester Square on Thursday. 

The pair put on yet another stylish display following their early morning shift at Global Radio studios, where Amanda co-hosts Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston. 

Opting for a stylish patterned co-ord, the 49-year old caught the eye as she made her way towards a waiting car. 

On a chilly day she added to her look with a smart camel winter coat, while white leather boots rounded things off. 

Accessorising tastefully, the presenter added to her look with a taupe leather handbag as she began her journey home.

Joining Amanda, Heart showbiz correspondent Ashley looked equally smart in black leather trousers and a matching trench. 

The Pussycat Doll, 39, added a splash of vibrancy to an otherwise subdued colour scheme by sporting a neon pink top, while chunky black boots rounded things off. 

On a miserable day Ashley stayed dry by sensibly holding an umbrella above her head as she exited the studio. 

The joint appearance comes after Amanda discussed the importance of this coming Christmas following one of the most turbulent years in recent history.  

She told The Sun: ‘It’s been a difficult year for us all but one of the positives to come from 2020 has been the extra time we’ve been given to engage with friends, neighbours, and our families. Home means love.

‘This Christmas let’s all make that extra-special effort to connect in whatever way we can with one another.’

Amanda has also celebrated the huge success of her album which was 2020’s biggest-selling debut record by a UK female artist.

Writing on Instagram she said: ‘Thank you everyone for making ‘Songs From My Heart’ the biggest selling debut album by a female artist this year so far!!!’
