Bethenny Frankel, 50, turns the streets of New York City into her personal runway… before stating she has had ‘no surgery’ in makeup-free post

Bethenny Frankel is not afraid to show off what she has got.

The 50-year-old former Real Housewives Of New York City cast member was spotted turning the streets of Soho into her personal catwalk on Tuesday. The reality TV personality appeared to be hamming it up a bit for the cameras as she strolled through the crowded city streets.

This sighting comes the same day she took to Instagram to share that she has had no plastic surgery

The entrepreneur was seen in a large red faux fur coat on top of a white button-up shirt, which she paired with a flowing black dress bottom. The TV vet added a pair of black platform shoes.

She accessorized with a single silver signet ring, a black leather handbag, and an assortment of necklaces.

The former reality TV star let her brunette hair flow down onto her shoulders for the length of her outing.

Later that day, she took to Instagram to share a selfie that she had taken to promote her podcast, Just B with Bethenny Frankel.

The picture highlighted the reality personality’s lack of makeup, and the caption informed her followers that she would be speaking about her prior experience with plastic surgery on that day’s episode.

Frankel made it clear that she was not a fan of the widespread practice of the various procedures for personal augmentation, although she had previously had some work done for herself, along with many other of the Real Housewives cast.

‘A lot of the Housewives have had many lifts…Like someone has done an eye thing or a neck thing, but just know that everyone’s doing it.’

The Skinnygirl founder also noted that she felt that plastic surgery was ultimately a negative practice. ‘I just feel that that’s not truthful and it makes people feel bad about themselves,’ she shared.

Frankel singled out her former costar Ramona Singer for criticism, comparing her to the main characters in the 1992 film Death Becomes Her, who are essentially walking corpses.

Singer, 64, was also called out for her reliance on plastic surgery earlier this year by Dorinda Medley, who referred to her as a ‘PSA for a bad facelift.’

Frankel concluded her discussion by opining that being transparent with one’s natural aging and past surgeries would serve to benefit other people, stating, ‘People should just be honest cause that’s really empowering to other women.’

Her former castmate simply responded, ‘You are disgusting, go to church!’
