The I’m A Celebrity tasks have been getting increasingly more grotesque.
And on Tuesday night’s show, it is Giovanna Fletcher and Vernon Kay‘s turn to get dirty as they take part in the Cart-Astrophy challenge – involving fish guts.
The mummy blogger, 35, is seen throwing fish guts at the 46-year-old TV host’s head as he sports a basket-style contraption on his head, while Ant and Dec watch on where the former was forced to fill the latter up on details of the task.

As Giovanna threw piles of grotesque fish guts into Vernon’s head basket, he then had to dispose of the waste into containers which had to be filled to a certain point to gain a meal for camp.
While he poured the guts into the basket, Dec said: ‘Put the star in your bag’, in a nod to contestants typically carrying a bag to add their stars to.
Ant then had to inform his partner that this particular challenge did not involve the stars and bag system – much to both their amusement.
One viewer who will struggle to watch the latest scenes is Vernon’s wife Tess Daly who spoke about her concerns over his stint in the I’m A Celeb castle.

Yuck! Giovanna was getting into the spirit of the task
Appearing remotely on Lorraine on Tuesday, the Strictly Come Dancing host, 51, discussed the fellow TV star’s appearance and admitted she is struggling to sleep amid concerns about him being hungry and cold.
She said: ‘He is doing brilliantly and it’s lovely watching him but it’s nerve-wracking, it really is. I worry about him being cold, not eating. Honestly, I have barely slept. I don’t think I have slept more than five or six hours since he has been in there’
Tess, who has been married to Vernon since 2003, spoke about her concerns and how she has been watching with their daughters Phoebe, 16, and Amber, 11.

She said: ‘Oh my goodness, it feels like he has been away forever. I think about him every moment of every day and I watch him every night…

Tess also revealed she has been having sleepless nights, saying: ‘Honestly, I have barely slept. I don’t think I have slept more than five or six hours since he has been in there.’
