But it appears that Em Rusciano has found a way to fit in her exercise regime while keeping her son Elio entertained.
On Monday, the former radio host did a series of squats while holding her one-year-old son in an Instagram video.

Em looked ready to work up a sweat in patterned exercise leggings and a pale blue crop top.
Meanwhile, Elio sported a green jumper with dinosaur patterned pants and olive socks.
The mum-of-three was puffing as she struggled to keep hold of the squirming toddler, who appeared to bite her cheek at one point.

Em welcomed her adorable baby son, Elio, in January 2019 with her husband Scott Barrow.
