Actor Sam Worthington and his model wife Lara have listed their Hollywood home again this year for a whopping $12.57 million. 

The five-bedroom palatial mansion is located in the Hollywood foothills.

This is the second time the couple have tried to offload the home.

According to Domain, the pair intend to return to their native Australia where Sam is appearing in the Sydney Theatre Company’s production of Appropriate.  

The Avatar star tried to maximise the sale of the mansion by boosting the price to $12.9 million in October, before lowering it back to $12.57 million this month. 

Lara, 32, and actor Sam, 43, previously bought the property in late 2018 for a whopping $10.9million.   

The mansion had originally been listed at $19.71million (US$14million), but the pair managed to secure it for almost half the asking price.

Spanning an an impressive 6,128 square feet, the two-storey residence has five spacious bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

The property also features a guest house, where the Australian expats have no doubt hosted many overseas visitors. 

The couple, who married secretly in 2014, already have three sons: four-year-old Rocket Zot and three-year-old Racer. 

The couple are yet to announce the name of their third child.
