She’s no stranger to flaunting her incredibly toned physique on Instagram.

And on Sunday, Rebecca Judd revealed the simple trick to make her abs pop and it doesn’t involve any grueling workout.

Uploading a photo to her Instagram stories, Bec, 37, shared a before and after photo that showed her sporting a healthy bronzed glow and what appeared to be more defined abs just minutes after applying a tanning mousse.

So that’s how she does it! AFL WAG Rebecca Judd, 37, (pictured) has revealed the simple trick to make her abs pop and it doesn’t involve any grueling workout

Bec explained in order for her to get a smooth finish, she would mix her Spray Aus mousse with moisturiser.

This isn’t Bec’s first time revealing her secret beauty hack with her followers.

Back in March, Bec shared a video to Instagram of herself applying the fake tan in the spare room of her Melbourne mansion.

She showed off her trim figure in a pair of Jaggad bike shorts as she applied the golden tanning mousse to her slender legs.

‘I love fake tan because it does even out your skin complexion,’ she explained. ‘I find that if I’ve got any little marks or bruises that it makes it look nice.’

‘It’s a great, really powerful tan,’ she said while admiring her reflection in the mirror.
