Rebecca Judd’s new career: How the WAG is kicking goals on social media

Rebecca Judd’s exciting new career: How the footy WAG is kicking goals (and making heaps of cash) as a full-time influencer… after quitting KIIS FM and Channel Nine

Rebecca Judd recently parted ways with Channel Nine and quit her job at KIIS FM’s 3pm Pick-Up radio show.

And it seems the 37-year-old footy WAG is now focusing on being a full-time Instagram influencer – which may be just as lucrative as her former media career.

On Thursday, the mother of four showed off her incredible figure in a purple bikini as she shared a sponsored post for a fashion brand.

Rebecca also promoted The Skincare Company’s new range on her Instagram Story, ahead of their Black Friday sale.

On Wednesday, the wife of AFL great Chris Judd plugged a range of tanning products as she stripped down to a bikini for an at-home photo shoot.

She added the tag @sprayaus to make it clear she was a paid sponsor for the brand.

In addition to spruiking various companies, Rebecca is making a tidy income from the activewear label Jaggad, which she co-owns with her husband and another footy couple.

It comes after she quit her KIIS FM Melbourne radio show earlier this week, after three years on the air.

She will be replaced on the 3pm Pick-Up by comedian Kate Langbroek in January, the Australian Radio Network confirmed on Monday.

Kate will join Rebecca’s co-hosts Katie ‘Monty’ Dimond and Yumi Stynes.

Rebecca had hosted the afternoon radio program alongside Monty for two days a week, while Yumi sat in her chair for the other three days.

She also parted ways with Channel Nine recently, after working for the network on and off for almost a decade.

A Nine spokesperson said on Tuesday that Rebecca hadn’t been able to film her segments for Victorian travel show Postcards due to the coronavirus pandemic, effectively leaving her without a position.

‘Covid-19 restrictions have meant that we have been unable to film new episodes of Postcards,’ the representative told Daily Mail Australia.

They continued: ‘Rebecca is great talent and we would welcome the chance to work with her again should the right opportunity arise.’

Rebecca began hosting Postcards in 2011. She was previously the weather presenter for Nine News Melbourne.
