After tying her long brunette hair into a bun at the nape of her neck, the former Miss Universe Australia waded into the water.

She later emerged soaking wet, running out of the surf and back up the beach to her belongings.

'I've definitely come to a place in my life where I'm all about listening to my body at any given moment,' she told body+soul in April

'Even if I have a workout planned the night before, it can easily go out the window if I'm not feeling it the next day or I had a bad sleep for some reason,' she said

She put on a khaki baseball cap and a pair of sunglasses, before lying down on her towel to dry off in the sun.

Resting on her stomach, Rachael flicked through her phone and pulled the shoulder straps off her bikini top to get an even tan.

She then flipped over on to her back, using her cap to shield her face from the sun as she basked in the warm rays.

In another interview with 9Honey last week, Rachael said there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to health and fitness.

‘Always remember bio-individuality – one person’s food may be another person’s poison. Find what works for your body and do that,’ she said.
