Gwyneth Paltrow shares rare pic with BOTH Apple and Moses as they visit her father’s ‘resting place’

Gwyneth Paltrow shared a rare Instagram snapshot with both of her children as they visited her father Bruce Paltrow’s remains.

She shares her 16-year-old daughter Apple and her 14-year-old son Moses with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin whom she was married to from 2003 to 2016.

In her new snapshot Gwyneth and Apple bore a distinct family resemblance as they posed up arm in arm wearing dark anoraks.

‘On this November 26th, I was able to visit my fathers resting place (on his birthday) with these two loves of my life. Happy thanksgiving. Life has incredible highs and lows. Perhaps feeling it all at the same time is the art,’ she wrote.

Movie producer Bruce Paltrow was married to Gwyneth’s actress mother Blythe Danner from 1969 until his death in 2002 after a long battle with cancer.

Gwyneth is now hunkering down with her current husband Brad Falchuk who is known for co-creating shows like Glee and American Horror Story with Ryan Murphy.

She fired up her Insta Stories and showed off the smorgasbord of sumptuous dishes she will enjoy for the holiday, joking: ‘I’m never eating again.’

Along with seasonal favorites like cranberry sauce and a heritage turkey, she incorporated greens like Brussels sprouts and cream of spinach.

Her menu items included a beef bourguignon, vegetarian and non-vegetarian stuffings and a sweet potato casserole.

Chris and Gwyneth publicly separated in 2014, when she inspired widespread mockery by referring to the breakup as a ‘conscious uncoupling.’

They have remained amicable and Gwyneth is famously even friendly with Chris’ much younger girlfriend Dakota Johnson of Fifty Shades Of Grey fame.

In May while wishing Apple a happy 16th birthday on Instagram she wrote: ‘You are the light of my heart, you are pure joy. You are wickedly intelligent and you have the best, most dry, most brilliant sense of humor.’

During a 2015 interview on The Howard Stern Show, Gwyneth called Bruce ‘kind of the love of my life’ and recalled the aftermath of his death.

Looking back over that period, ‘I remember somebody wrote me an email saying, you know: “Everybody has a father, but not everybody has a daddy.”‘

In 2011 she released a cookbook called My Father’s Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family & Togetherness, reminiscing in it about Bruce.

She wrote in the introduction about how she and Bruce used to cook together, writing that ‘The most striking aspect of his cooking was how much joy he derived from feeding people that he loved.’

The blonde revealed that after his cancer was discovered in 1998 ‘I was devastated by his diagnosis and became convinced that he could heal himself with good foods and alternative medicine, even if he was resistant to the (perhaps naive) idea.’

Gwyneth, around this time, ‘went strictly organic, local and macro and eliminated dairy, sugar, meat, liquor, gluten, all (I think) in a bid to heal my father by proxy. Of course I couldn’t cure him, but my body felt really good.’

Wrote she: ‘I loved eating this way and I stuck to it for years, although sometimes, damn, I just wanted a slice of coffee cake or a martini with olives.’
