Former MAFS star Dino Hira credits ‘internal work’ for physical transformation

Former Married At First Sight star Dino Hira has revealed the surprising secret behind his physical transformation.

In a lengthy post on Instagram, the 36-year-old said that his new look had more to do with ‘internal work’ than anything else.

‘Those that go through a transformation know that it is all internal work,’ he wrote.

‘The dimensions of breath, energy, emotion, mental and spiritual transformations all happen before there are any signs of beard, muscles or wisdom talks which relate to the physical dimension,’ he continued.

‘May you all transform in ways that make you feel better from within!’ 

Dino’s new look went viral earlier this week when one fan shared comparison pictures on Facebook with the caption: ‘Dino looking different these days’.

In the first image, Dino smiles for the camera for his official promotional photo for Married At First Sight.

In the second picture, the reality star’s chiselled good looks are enhanced with generous facial fuzz.

Sporting bulging biceps, it’s clear Dino has been hitting the gym hard since appearing on the reality show nearly two years prior.

In a recent interview, the hunk likened his new look to his ‘patience’ on Married At First Sight.

He told The Wash: ‘People got to see my patience at the MAFS dinner parties but having a beard now is the ultimate proof of patience.

‘A man with no moustache or beard is like a woman with a moustache or beard.’

Dino, currently works as a meditation coach in Hong Kong.
