Cardi B hides her whole face under a scarf as she catches a flight out of LA ahead of Thanksgiving

Cardi B kept a low-profile while arriving at Los Angeles International Airport for some pre-Thanksgiving traveling on Tuesday.

The WAP rapper, 28, was completely under-wraps as she sauntered inside wearing a scarf that covered her entire face.

As she made her way through the TSA security checkpoint flanked by bodyguards, Cardi had a pair of sunglasses popped on top in an effort to blend in a little better.

The hitmaker pulled a butter yellow Rip N Repair hoodie over her head, giving the look another level of privacy.

Complementing her top, Cardi opted for comfy mustard-colored sweatpants on bottom.

The mother-of-one seemed like she had places to be, despite warnings from the country’s top health officials not to travel due to the resurgence of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Grammy winner was recently roped into some drama when Wiz Khalifa attempted to pit her against hip hop rival Nicki Minaj over Grammy snubs, following the announcement of this year’s nominees.

It all started when Wiz, 33, posted Tuesday on Twitter: ‘As a grammy nominated artist I know how it feels. N****s always think its unfair until they get their turn. Just keep workin and that time’ll come through.’

‘Cardi wining a Grammy when nicki minaj didn’t is the biggest proof that they don’t know a shit bout music,’ one follower wrote, which quote retweeted with: ‘Most self made artists have this problem.’

Cardi called him out on his hypocrisy, posting a screenshot of a DM he sent her in 2016, as she wrote: ‘This was N****s in my dms in 2016 !They really support you when you grinding at the bottom then it’s a different story when you make it !’

The message from the Real Rich artist read: ‘You got your cause and your sticking to it. Don’t stray away from the things that are important to you and make you you.

‘Your doing a great job and the way you address things is admirable. Keep your light shining and don’t let others take it. Peace and love.’

The Hustlers actress later wrote on Twitter: ‘I don’t understand why n****s entertain tweets that pit successful women against each other? Ya not tired of that? Specially when ya was rooting hard when a b**** was at the bottom.’

Her feud with Nicki, 37, has been the subject of much speculation over the years, culminating when she reportedly threw a stiletto at the Barbie Dreams artist during a New York Fashion Week party in September of 2018.

Cardi appeared to put the past behind them and sing Nicki’s praises in August, during an interview with Apple Music.

Although she didn’t mention by her name, she said: ‘I feel like people be wanting to put female artists against each other. Every single time I feel like there’s a female artist that’s coming up, coming up, coming up and it’s getting they mainstream moment…

‘I always see like little slick comments like, “Oh, they taking over your spot. They taking over this. They taking over that.” And it just makes me feel like, damn, why it had to be like that? Because I actually like shorty music a lot. Why does it even have to be like that?’

Cardi won the Grammy for Best Rap Album last year for her debut studio album Invasion of Privacy, and she’s racked up seven other nominations since 2018.

Although she’s not up for a Grammy this year, her team chose to submit her single WAP (feat Megan Thee Stallion) for consideration next year, as part of the campaign for her upcoming sophomore album.
