‘Material things are of no real use to us as humans as everything on earth will rot and rust eventually, but our love for 1&other will last forever! I would happily give up everything for my loved ones and live in a tent outside as the most important things are free.’

‘We are on this planet for a short timeframe then we leave. Enjoy the time you have together with the people that matter in your life, the most precious thing I own is…… contentment and happiness and a well mind all prais be to god, in Jesus name Amen.’

Paris made her debut as a guest panellist on Friday’s Loose Women, joining Jane Moore, Linda Robson and Stacey Solomon on the show.

During the show, Paris, 30, discussed 32-year-old Tyson’s well-documented struggle with his mental health.

She said: ‘I think it really opened up the playing field for men to talk about their mental health. I think it’s really helped a lot of people to come forward.

‘We got a massive response, we get people messaging us, sending letters to us. We even get people at our house which isn’t ideal, it’s not a situation that we want to be involved in because obviously we are not professional helpers.

‘But I do always try and say seek medical help and go and see a doctor… Bottling up is not a good thing… Never feel ashamed or embarrassed by what you are thinking or feeling.’

Paris admitted her family is now having to move home for security reasons because so many people are calling round for help.

She said: 'It’s not good, we have to move because of it. We are in the process of moving house because we have too many strangers knocking on the door' (pictured with Tyson)

She said: ‘It’s not good, we actually have to move because of it. We are in the process of moving house because we have too many strangers knocking on the door.

‘We have five children in here… We have people coming and the kids are opening the door and we don’t know who they are opening the door to. It’s not the ideal situation.

‘We even had someone at 11 o’clock crying, saying they were going to commit suicide. We did stop and talk to them but it’s not something you can personally deal with. We are not trained in that way.’

The pretty blonde admitted that Tyson has struggled since his big fight in December was cancelled.

She said: ‘He has [taken] it pretty bad. He is ok, he is moving on but it has affected him. Tyson is always a firm believer in setting goals to keep his mental health well and that was his goal.

‘It has put him on a bummer, he isn’t really saying it but I know… It’s like living with Jekyll and Hyde but he will come through it.’
