Erin Bateman and Bryce Mohr are the longest-surviving Married At First Sight couple from the TV experiment’s six seasons. 

And Erin, who was a bride on the 2016 season, has now offered her advice to the upcoming 2021 participants.

‘If you’re on there for the right reasons, you’ve got nothing to worry about,’ Erin, 30, told Daily Mail Australia on Monday.

The couple, who found love on the second season of the series, have kept their relationship out of the spotlight and rarely showcase their romance online.

Erin and Bryce rung in their five-year anniversary earlier this month with a sweet tribute shared to their Instagram account. 

Besides Erin and Bryce, only two other couples remain together from MAFS: 2019’s Martha Kalifatidis and Michael Brunelli and Jules Robinson and Cameron Merchant.

Jules and Cameron were wed in real life in November 2019, and welcomed their first child, son Oliver, in September, 2020.

‘I know personally people who portray their relationship on social media as this fairy tale, who are some of the most miserable people I’ve ever met,’ she recently said on The D&M podcast.

The upcoming 2021 season of Channel Nine’s dating show will feature an all-new cast of brides and grooms.

Participants include Perth-based singer Booka Nile, Melbourne based AFL player Jake Edwards, radio presenter Bryce Ruthven, theatre actor Johnny Balbuziente and F45 trainer Liam Cooper.

Channel Nine offered viewers a sneak peek at the upcoming series in a trailer following The Block’s epic grand finale on Sunday.

Speaking at Channel Nine’s Upfronts last month, a Nine executive said the ‘Zoom casting process’ had uncovered the most genuine participants yet.

They added that the 2021 series was ‘about finding love, not fame’.

Married At First Sight will premiere on Channel Nine in 2021.
