And on Monday, Chris Pratt enjoyed a bonding session with his eldest as they took a trip to the construction site of the family home they are building in the Pacific Palisades area.
The handsome movie star, 41, appeared to have come from the golf course prior to the visit, as he was seen moving his golf clubs to the trunk of his car after arriving to the location.
He reportedly paid $15.6 million for the property in 2018, which was then gutted and undergoing construction, according to Variety.

It was revealed that Chris purchased the home in October 2019, but the transfer actually occurred one year prior in 2018, according to Variety.
The home was reportedly done off market as in it was never listed properly for sale, the outlet noted.
The mansion sits on a hillside lot with views of the Catalina Island and Pacific Ocean.
It was originally built in 1995 and was purchased by Chris last year; the home was gutted and went under a major renovation soon after his purchase.
It did not have a pool but that was added in the two-year ongoing renovation project; it is a infinity-edged swimming pool as well lots of garage space was also built.
It was almost 8,000 square feet but the new more traditional home now spans more than 10,000 square feet; it features five bedrooms and six bathrooms, with a wine cellar, a pool house and home gym.
Katherine and Chris began dating in April 2018 after Maria reportedly played matchmaker; they were first spotted together in mid-June 2018 while on a picnic in Santa Barbara.
The lovebirds announced their engagement in January 2019 and tied the knot on June 8, 2019 at San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California.
In April 2020, People confirmed that Katherine and Chris were expecting their first child together.

They officially announced her arrival the following day on Instagram with a sweet snap.
Chris shared a snap of their hands holding their newborn’s hand, with the caption: ‘We are beyond thrilled to announce the birth of our daughter, Lyla Maria Schwarzenegger Pratt. We couldn’t be happier.’

The first, Psalm 126:3, said: ‘The LORD has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.’
