Caprice throws the doors open to her epic 100 ACRE Ibiza home    

She’s graced over 350 magazine covers through her vast modelling career. 

And Caprice Bourret proved that hard work paid dividends as she threw open the doors to her incredible Ibiza home for the new episode of MTV Cribs. 

In typically sexy style, the model, 49, flitted between a host of ensembles while showing the camera crews around her home – which features 100 acres of land, three outside dining areas, a valley and a cinema room. 

Throwing the doors open, she delightedly greeted the crew, saying: ‘Welcome to my crib, how was your flight? Oh you wanna come in’ 

Caprice was proud to showcase the incredible inside of her home, as she first of all showed off the amazing panoramic views of the house. 

She said: ‘I chose this space, because look at the views! I own that hill and that hill and that valley. The horses are down there. Now that is amazing!’

She then moved to one of her three dining areas and said: ‘So this the night time dining area – I have three different dining areas of course, and I mean this view during the day, I mean, look at this, this is ridiculous huh?’

As they moved into the bedroom, Caprice slipped into an even tinier ensemble and said: ‘ Shall we hit the bedroom? Actually, I’m a bit too hot in these clothes! I’m gonna change’.

She went on: ‘Wanna see where the magic happens? This is my bedroom. There’s seven. I chose this space because look at these views.’

Caprice is married to Ty Comfort, and they are parents to twins Jett and Jax, seven, and tied the knot in December after eight years together. 

Showing her kids’ favourite room in the house she then entered the cinema. 

She said: ‘My kids’ favourite room in the whole house, the cinema room. We have a shrine of myself. I’ve done over 350 covers.’ 

Her house tour comes after it was revealed that Caprice has been using the second coronavirus lockdown to enjoy more romantic time with her husband Ty. 

A source told MailOnline that Caprice and Ty, 54, are keeping the spark alive by having a date night at least three times a week. 

They said: ‘Caprice is passing the time during lockdown by getting busy between the sheets with her husband Ty.  

‘She loved spending time with her hubby during the last lockdown and they plan to have a date night a minimum three times a week! If they can fit in more they will!’

Caprice told her pals: ‘Thank goodness he had his tubes tied otherwise there would definitely be a bundle of joy on the way by now’. 

The insider added: ‘Her motto during the last lockdown was to help others and this time round before lockdown two happened she donated £40,000 to charities close to her heart.
