Love Island’s Gabby Allen showcases her phenomenal flexibility

She has been helping the country stay fit with live Instagram workouts throughout the second lockdown. 

And Gabby Allen showed just why she is an authority on all things fitness as she flaunted her flexibility while practiscing yoga in the woods on Saturday.  

The Love Island 2017 star, 27, sported tangerine activewear as she did the splits among fallen leaves and bare trees in a striking shot. 

Gabby looked sensational in the two-piece which clung to every inch of her perfectly ripped frame – the result of hours spent in the gym. 

The blonde beauty wore half of her locks in an up-do and left the rest hanging around her shoulders as she looked down in the elegant snap. 

She laid out a pink yoga mat across the leaves in a small clearing in the woods, with the autumnal leaves and bare trees making the scenes behind her. 

In the caption, the personal trainer teased: ‘.. something lovely is coming ..’ Gabby also shared the snap to her fitness account @shapeupwithgabbyallen, which also carried the same teasing caption.  

It comes after the reality star confirmed her romance with Brandon Myers in August, when the new couple were spotted enjoying a night out together in London. 

Only recently, the star shared a Q&A to her Instagram stories in which she revealed how her relationship with the EOTB hunk ‘puts everything into perspective’. 

Gabby was asked: ‘How did you know you were ready for another relationship after your last one?’

The TV personality responded: ‘I didn’t. It was a slow burner. But this is VERY different to any relationship I’ve been in before. 

‘It puts most of my others to shame and I can’t believe what I put up with to how well I am respected and how loved I feel now. It puts everything into perspective when someone treats you right.’ 

Gabby’s ex-boyfriend Marcel Somerville recently sparked outrage from fans after he blamed his split from Gabby on the fact they simply ‘drifted apart’. 

The former couple explosively split after the former Blazing Squad singer, 31, cheated on the personal trainer while they were on holiday together.

During an appearance on Love Island: What Happened Next, Marcel told his co-star Sam Gowland that their split was ‘just one of those things’.
