Lachlan Spark hit headlines this month after sensationally slamming his ex-wife Lauren Phillips in a blistering Instagram post regarding their one-year marriage.
And on Friday, the scorned ex-husband spoke out again – this time, to reveal the Melbourne dream home he and the Channel Nine star bought to ‘start a family’ will go to auction next month.
Lachlan told the Herald Sun that the quaint Fitzroy townhouse will go under the hammer on December 8, with an asking price of over $1.3million.

Lachlan and Lauren, 39, wed in 2017 after six years of dating, but confirmed their split in December 2018 after just a year of marriage.
The house was built and designed by The Block stars Dan Reilly and Dani Wales, and was completed just one month after he and Lauren tied the knot.
‘I’d always dreamt of owning a beautiful family home to have a family in,’ Lachlan said of the home. ‘That was the hardest thing about letting go of that property. I worked my arse off for that, I got into massive debt.’
The two-bedroom, one bathroom property in question is a quaint little home situated next to an alleyway, with edgy graffiti emblazoned on the outside wall beside it.
The interior of the house features an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area all decorated in elegant hardwood floors and black-and-white themed furniture.

He added that ‘no one’ had really lived in the property, claiming Lauren had moved out ‘pretty much straight away’ after the pair’s no-expense-spared wedding.
‘The place looks unbelievable, its just such a shame we built it and then three months later we separated,’ he added.
According to Lachlan, the couple had been hammering over a financial settlement which was decided weeks prior.

Lauren has kept a dignified silence since Lachlan made the shocking statement earlier in the week, unleashing on the Weekend Today presenter in a scathing Instagram post.
In the lengthy message, he accused Lauren of ‘caring more about herself’ during their relationship and saying he ‘wasted’ years of his life with the wrong person.

His statement came as he debuted his new girlfriend, Courtney Wynbergen, who he said had ‘changed his world’.
‘A while ago, I married a girl who cared much more about herself and how she was perceived than she did about me,’ began Lachlan, who only recently returned to Instagram after deleting all his social media accounts when he split from Lauren.
‘It was a lot… too much, actually. I left and despite losing almost every friend I’d found over seven years (and a few other “best mates” for good measure) in the blink of an eye, it was the best thing I’ve ever done.’
Lachlan, who runs his own creative agency, went on to say that he’d wasted years of his life with Lauren.
‘Approaching 40, I was more than a bit nervous I’d wasted a big chunk of my life with the wrong person, and that I was long odds to find anyone who was willing (or able) to give me the love I knew I deserved,’ he explained.
He went on to take yet another swipe at his ex, saying: ‘I truly believed there was more to a relationship (and life) than skin-deep friends, free holidays and Instagram followers – I just needed to find it.’

He went on to call Courtney a ‘fighter’, ‘loyal’ and ‘utterly magnificent’, then added: ‘She knows how to love me like I’ve never been loved before… I love you.’
Despite his scathing comments, Lachlan denied to Confidential on Wednesday that he meant the words with malice, saying: ‘That certainly wasn’t my intent.
‘I wrote it purely to put it out there (for my own benefit more than anyone else’s) that I’d put a difficult period behind me. Nothing malicious.’
