Kris Jenner flashes leg in sheer leopard print dress as she shares throwbacks

It’s been a month since Kim Kardashian sparked controversy after celebrating her 40th birthday with friends and family on a private island.

But despite the backlash, Kim’s mother Kris Jenner still has fond memories of the getaway.

The momager, 65, marked the occasion by posting throwback photos of her celebrating her daughter’s special day on her Instagram account.

Kris looked fabulous as she flashed some leg in a sheer, leopard print dress with a thigh-high slit.

The reality star worked an edgy, sleek hairstyle that swept across her forehead, and a pair of dangling gold earrings for added glam.

She embraced the tropical location with a long, floral garland worn around her neck.

‘A month ago celebrating Kims 40th!!! Thank you @kimkardashian for the incredible memories,’ Kris captioned the slideshow.

The many memories the family made and posted onto social media sparked major backlash online, with countless individuals angered to see the family taking a trip amid a pandemic that has cost the lives and jobs of so many.

Kim and her family traveled to Marlon Brando’s private island in Tahiti for the event,  and were met with ridicule and anger upon returning home with photos from the luxurious event.  

Kim shared photos from her birthday on Instagram, where she described the many health precautions everyone took in order to ‘pretend things were normal just for a brief moment in time.’  

’40 and feeling so humbled and blessed,’ Kim wrote on Instagram. ‘There is not a single day that I take for granted, especially during these times when we are all reminded of the things that truly matter. For my birthday this year, I couldn’t think of a better way to spend it than with some of the people who have helped shaped me into the woman I am today.

‘Before COVID, I don’t think any of us truly appreciated what a simple luxury it was to be able to travel and be together with family and friends in a safe environment. 

‘After 2 weeks of multiple health screens and asking everyone to quarantine, I surprised my closest inner circle with a trip to a private island where we could pretend things were normal just for a brief moment in time.

‘We danced, rode bikes, swam near whales, kayaked, watched a movie on the beach and so much more. I realize that for most people, this is something that is so far out of reach right now, so in moments like these, I am humbly reminded of how privileged my life is. #thisis40.’
