Iain Stirling sparks speculation he has secretly MARRIED fiancée Laura Whitmore as he wears a wedding ring on Loose Women takeover

Iain Stirling flashed a glimpse of a wedding band on Thursday’s Loose Women – sparking speculation he’s married fiancée Laura Whitmore in secret.

The comedian and Love Island voiceover man, 32, proposed to TV presenter Laura, 35, earlier this year in South Africa with a yellow diamond ring he had designed.

Now it appears the couple may have wed after Iain was seen wearing a gold band hosting Loose Men alongside Marvin Humes, Ronan Keating and Roman Kemp.

Iain reportedly popped the question to Laura in South Africa, where they were in February after filming this year’s winter Love Island, which she hosts and he narrates.

A source revealed in April: ‘Their wedding plans are on hold due to the lockdown but it’s lovely to have a wedding to come.’

The couple, who started dating in 2016, may have decided to marry in a private ceremony this year – with Laura also spotted wearing a wedding band on her social media.

Laura and Ian dated in secret when they first got together, with the Irish Love Island host later confirming in an interview that they decided to ‘own it’ and go public by sharing their relationship on social media.

She said: ‘We’d been together for four or five months before we put anything on our social media. I think at that point we were both like, ‘Should we just own it?’ And then once you put it out there, no one gives a s***. People only care when they don’t know something.’

The pair, who live together and share dog Mick, grew even closer this year after Laura took over presenting duties of winter Love Island, which Iain also narrated.

They also supported each other through the painful loss of their friend, Caroline Flack, who sadly passed away in February after taking her own life.

MailOnline contacted representatives for Iain and Laura for comment.
