The 25-year-old has been rumoured to appear on the show for some time now, but now Abbie herself has provided the biggest clue yet that the rumours are indeed true.

According to the publication, Abbie hasn’t posted anything to her Instagram account since filming for the Channel 10 reality series began.

While this could be a coincidence, the silence could be due to the fact she is in the campsite with no access to social media.

Meanwhile, sources have told Daily Mail Australia that Australia’s Got Talent winner Jack Vidgen, 23, and Australian Idol’s Paulini Curuenavuli, 38, both entered the campsite on Tuesday.

The singers were made to skydive into Clarrie Hall Dam, which is located approximately 15 kilometres south-west of Murwillumbah.

Channel 10 announced that due to the pandemic, the show has relocated from the South African jungle to rural NSW this year.

Usually filmed in early January, with parts of the competition broadcast live, the show will also lose its live format.

The Australian production of I’m A Celebrity will take over the set of the UK version of the show.

The campsite is located in Murwillumbah, in north-eastern New South Wales – just north of Byron Bay – and less than an hour from the Gold Coast.
