The mother of two showed off her toned bicep muscles while lifting weights in a new Instagram photo which she shared on Tuesday.

As one of the most famous supermodels in the world, Cindy has always made her health and fitness a top priority in her life.

Cindy posted a candid snap of herself mid-workout while doing some bicep curls with 12.5 lb weights. 

The model’s cut arm and shoulder muscles looked like they could have been carved out of marble as she posed with a dumbbell in one hand.

She was perched on the side of a weight bench at her home gym wearing a black tank top and matching black spandex pants. 

The wife of Rande Gerber glowed makeup free for her sweat session and had her brunette hair piled high in a messy bun.

The star’s at-home setup was almost more impressive than her physique as several expensive workout machines could be seen behind her facing the windows which no doubt look out on a beautiful Malibu vista. 

Crawford is known the world over for her five foot nine frame which she maintains like a well-oiled machine.

The catwalker likes to start her day with a simple protein smoothie: ‘It has almond milk, a little piece of banana, a cup of spinach, some mint, a little cacao and I put in green powder.’

‘Sometimes the cardio is jumping on a trampoline, using a treadmill or elliptical, or running,’ she said at the time. ‘We have stairs going down to the beach from our house. I put on an audiobook or music while I run the stairs at my house for 20 minutes.’
