She said they ‘got a bit merry’ and recorded a lot of songs in one day at the beginning of making Confetti.

The singer admitted that it was this day when hit songs Break Up Song and Holiday were recorded.

Jade told The Sun on Sunday: ‘One of my favourite memories of making Confetti was right in the beginning of the process. We were in the studio with Kamille (their songwriter) who’s basically our fifth member.

‘We’d had quite a bit to drink. It was basically a night out but in the studio. We got a bit merry and we churned out so many songs in one day.

‘That’s when Break Up Song was born and Holiday and a few other songs which didn’t make the cut.’

On Thursday, Jade revealed her mum rang her after the music video for their single Sweet Melody was released and scolded her for ‘having her a**e out’.

Jade said due to gorging on pies throughout lockdown she had gained some new curves and her mother was the first to point it out.

The Wings hitmaker showed off her peachy derriere in the sheer thong bodysuit which she teamed with fishnet tights for the music video.
