Shelby Tribble’s boyfriend has given fans an update on her progress as the couple prepare to welcome their first child.
Former The Only Way Is Essex star Shelby is due to give birth any minute as she spends her third day in hospital, with her partner Sam Mucklow revealing that their son ‘should arrive’ on Sunday.
Sam, 28, shared an intimate video to his Instagram stories on Sunday morning, showing the overdue mother-to-be, 27, lying in her hospital bed.

The TV personality looked exhausted as she closed her eyes for a quick rest after ‘almost three days in hospital’ waiting to give birth to her son.
She tried to keep comfortable by lying back on a massive white pillow decorated with stars as hoards of refreshments could be seen beside her.
A nurse, who adhered to COVID-19 safety rules by donning a face mask, seemed to be checking in on the expectant mother’s progress on what was expected to be the big day.
Her partner, and fellow TOWIE cast member, said he was ‘proud of her’ as he looked both nervous and excited for the much-anticipated arrival of his child.

Writing alongside the video, Sam said that the couple were hoping to welcome their ‘little man’ on Sunday – exactly a week after Shelby’s due date.
He penned: ‘So proud of this girl almost three days in hospital fingers crossed
‘Little man should arrive today’ (sic)
Another Instagram clip saw Shelby lying on her side in her hospital bed as a nurse asked her if she was ‘all nice and snuggly there’, to which the expectant mother responded ‘yeah’.
Sam could be seen calmly sipping from a mug, presumably containing coffee, as he shared the intimate moment with his 228,000 followers.

Shelby previously took to Instagram on Tuesday asking her fans to ‘place their bets’ on when her son would make an appearance as she impatiently waited to go into labour.
Sharing some glamorous snaps despite being heavily pregnant, she dressed up to the nines in and cradled her bump in a pink dress and a blue jumpsuit.
Shelby looked gorgeous in the spaghetti strap dress, which had cut out sleeves, as she proudly showed off her bump for the camera.
In another snap the reality star rocked a blue jumpsuit which sheathed over her pregnancy curves.

She wrote: ‘Forever cuddling bump but I can’t wait to turn that into our baby boy,’ after sharing: ‘Still waiting When do you think he will make his big appearance? Place your bets….’
In September, Shelby enjoyed a fun-filled baby shower complete with balloon arches, fun games and cupcakes emblazoned with her baby boy’s ultrasound snaps.
The couple announced that they were expecting a baby earlier this year.
Shelby and Sam have had quite the turbulent relationship, which was well documented on TOWIE.
The duo began hooking up on a ‘friends with benefits’ basis but things soon turned sour when Sam decided to pursue a romance with TOWIE newbie Demi Sims while on a group trip to Thailand last year.

However, they were met with opposition when Shelby’s close friend Clelia Theodorou told her she had felt deserted because the influencer was spending all her time with the hunk.
The former BFFs had several bitter rows, with Clelia, 25, accusing her of not being there for her when she was at her lowest point after splitting from her boyfriend, who is Sam’s pal.
Shelby and Sam decided to step back from TOWIE in order to focus on their romance later that year, and have been going strong ever since.
