It is unclear whether Darren and co-host Renee Bargh will still have a role on the show.

Meanwhile, rumours have been circulating that Delta Goodrem, who is The Voice’s longest-serving judge, has been boned by Seven due to a ‘salary conflict’.

The 36-year-old was joined on the 2020 panel by Guy Sebastian, Boy George and Kelly Rowland.

Delta, who is rumoured to earn between $1million to $2million a year, is out of the network’s price range, according to a previous report by The Daily Telegraph.

It is claimed Seven is ‘in talks’ with American R&B star Usher, while other replacements include Kylie Minogue and homegrown talent, Jessica Mauboy.

Delta played mum on her future with the show, during an appearance on The Kyle and Jackie O Show last month.

When questioned about a possible return, she told the radio hosts: ‘I genuinely don’t know what the next chapter is.’

Later on in the interview, Delta said: ‘There’s so many layers to every decision I ever make, I’ve been in the industry my whole life,’ adding that she feels ‘really proud’ of everything she’s done with The Voice.
