Leighton Meester enjoys Malibu surf session with Adam Brody after birth of second child

She’s been enjoying regular surfing excursions with hubby Adam Brody since giving birth to the couple’s second child.

And on Thursday, former Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester was back on the ocean waves.

Meester, 34, donned a full wet suit and a sun hat as she stood confidently on her board off the coast of Malibu.

The actress showed off her moves as she spent time with her husband of six years.

Brody, 40, matched his wife in a wet suit and sun hat.

The couple confirmed in September that they had welcomed a son, a brother for their daughter Arlo, five. 

Former star of The O.C. Brody recently gushed to People about the new addition to the family.

While he didn’t divulge his new son’s name, he did say the baby boy was ‘a dream’.

The actor also acknowledged that he and Meester were lucky to have stability and be able to enjoy their family time during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

‘It’s been pretty magical,’ he shared with the outlet. 

‘It’s such a crazy time for everyone and we’re so, so, so fortunate that we have some of the security we do and have the flexibility with our jobs we do,’ he said. ‘We talk about it all the time and we’re just ridiculously fortunate and lucky.’
