Jimmy Bartel appeared to have spent his Friday raiding the old family albums at his mum’s house.
The 36-year-old former Australian rules footballer shared a series of photos of himself as a little boy on Instagram Stories on Friday.
‘Haha found this at Mum’s. Would probably wear that jumper if it fit,’ he captioned one of the adorable photographs.

Jimmy said he was ‘Henley’s age’ when the photo was taken, a reference to his youngest son, who turned two last month.
The doting dad is also a parent to another son, Aston, four, with his ex-wife, fashion blogger Nadia Bartel.
And the resemblance to his youngest son is undeniable.

In the photo, a young Jimmy is seen talking on a vintage telephone as he sat at a table.
The chubby-cheeked youngster was dressed in a brown knit jumper, and happily grinned at the camera.
A second photo showed an even younger Jimmy pouting as he sat in front of a birthday cake.

‘Not impressed with the cake. You’d think I would be with the tummy on it,’ he captioned the post.
The photo, which was taken in the early ’80s, showed a blonde Jimmy sitting on someone’s lap with a bib tied around his neck.
It appeared to have been taken on his birthday, with the young sports star staring at two lit candles on top of the cake.
