And on Tuesday, Rebecca Judd showed it off as she enjoyed a game of tennis. 

The 37-year-old flaunted her trim pins in a pair of tiny exercise shorts as she hit the court in her hometown.

Rebecca, who is a co-founder of the activewear line Jaggad, was her own best advertisement on the day wearing clothes from her label. 

She teamed her black shorts with a black logo tank top and a black cap. 

The brunette went makeup free and tied her long locks in a low ponytail.

Bec worked up a sweat on the court, and could be seen running around and making some hits. 

When she left the court, Bec covered up wearing a blue face mask amid the coronavirus pandemic. 

The mother-of-four has spoken about her workout routine in the past, saying she loves playing cardio tennis.

‘It’s a cardio workout where the music blares, the coach just feeds you balls, you do awesome drills with lots of running and it’s 60 minutes that goes so quickly,’ she said in July last year, adding that she plays for two hours, twice a week.

‘It’s the only exercise I’ve ever done in my life where I look at my watch and I go, “Damn it, there’s only 10 minutes left!” Usually I when I’m exercising I’m always watching my clock wanting it to be over.’ 

The TV and radio presenter previously told Daily Mail Australia that she likes to keep her diet fairly relaxed, but always has a healthy dinner.

Speaking about her day on a plate, Rebecca said she enjoys muesli for breakfast, focaccia for lunch, and meat and vegetables for dinner.

‘Breakfast is usually muesli and a strong latte,’ she said. ‘Lunch I’ll grab my fave brown rice sushi or a focaccia, yum!

‘Dinner I usually will have meat or fish and vegetables which Chris and I both love.’

Rebecca also revealed that her children aren’t fussy eaters, which is no doubt a good thing when it comes to cooking family dinners.
