Taking to Instagram on Thursday afternoon, the Frenchman confirmed the news with followers while sharing an image of the stunning model with her engagement ring.
Captioning the photo, he wrote: ‘It’s been more than a YEAR we are together, I mean since you stole my heart… after the second time we see each other I told you you going to be my wife for the rest of my life.
