Kellan Lutz was overcome with love for his wife Brittany Gonzales on Sunday as he serenaded her in an Instagram post marking their three-year anniversary.
The 35-year-old Twilight actor indicated that their anniversary was actually on Saturday, but he posted a day later to stay off his phone during their special day.
The action star’s cheerful post came two months after he and his wife revealed that they were expecting a child again following the tragic stillbirth of their first child in February.

Kellan’s photo showed him in a sleek black suit with a matching tie and and a thick beard as he held hands with Brittany at a table in a restaurant.
She was dressed in an all-black outfit with long sleeves, while wearing her brunette tresses down to her shoulders.
The two lovebirds held hands in what appeared to be a throwback photo, as the two were dining indoors and unmasked.
In his caption, Kellan expressed his love for his wife in short stanzas.

‘When we first met, I remember not being able to take my eyes off of you,’ he began. ‘I remember how connected I felt to you and how perfect We were together.

Kellan also noted that he was a day late in celebrating the anniversary, as he wanted to ‘fully enjoy US ;)).’
He ended with another flourish of love, adding: ‘I love you Brittany and I CHOOSE you forever!’

Brittany added: ‘It was a surprise. You know, obviously it was a surprise losing our daughter at the beginning of the year. That was tough, and still is. There still are hard moments.
‘We definitely went through a lot, and I still would like to share my journey in some way that I can in the future. Here we are with another little promise!’
Brittany shared the news of their loss in February with a black and white photo of herself cradling her tummy.
‘It was my absolute honor and pleasure to be your mom these last 6 months,’ she began, before being consoled that her daughter was ‘in the arms of Jesus now…’
‘One day we will get to meet you for real. Until I see you in heaven… your mommy loves you so much,’ she wrote.
Kellan and Brittany announced that they had secretly married in November of 2017, only a month after they publicly announced their engagement.
