Phoebe Burgess relished in quality time with her children Poppy, three, and Billy, one, over the weekend.
The doting mum posted a string of snaps of her little ones enjoying a fun day out on Sunday – hours before her ex-husband Sam Burgess’ court mention began regarding a temporary apprehended violence order taken out by her father, Mitchell Hooke.
Former rugby league footballer Sam, 31, was not required to attend when the matter was mentioned at Picton Local Court on Monday morning.

Ignoring the drama, 31-year-old Phoebe shared heartwarming snaps of her little ones – who shares with Sam – enjoying the great outdoors, at what is believed to be her family’s farm in Bowral, New South Wales.
Poppy enjoyed a ride on a miniature pony, while little Billy was seen darting around on a toy tractor.
‘She now rides our little Neigh in all by herself!’ Phoebe captioned the cute snap of her daughter, who whizzed around on the tiny pony while she followed behind her with the camera.

Sam and Phoebe finalised their divorce back in April this year.

Burgess is defending a charge of intimidating Phoebe’s father Mitchell Hooke, who is the subject of an interim apprehended violence order protecting him from the retired South Sydney captain.
Burgess has also pleaded not guilty to the common assault charge of his of former father-in-law, in the same alleged incident at his Southern Highlands home last year.
A hearing into the charges and AVO application is listed to start at Moss Vale Local Court on Monday 16 November.
