Patti Newton has paid tribute to her husband Bert Newton on their 46th wedding anniversary.
In an Instagram post shared on Sunday, the 72-year-old gushed about the television legend, 82.

Last week, Patti said the pair had been in ‘one another’s pockets for well over 50 years’ in an interview with Now To Love.
‘I think you have to have a good sense of humour, that’s something I do have. I’m always ribbing [Bert] about something,’ she said.

She added that it’s also very important to give each other space, noting that she and Bert ‘have different interests’.
‘Because we give one another space, and we’re both very loyal to one another, it worked out very well,’ said the grandmother of six.
