The former Miss Missouri USA kept casual for her afternoon outing with Piven in a fleece zip-up jacket and a pair of black spandex leggings.

As she dined with the comedian, Katie could not help but burst into laughter or flash her killer smile in his direction.
Although Kearney did not appear to be eating anything, Jeremy chowed down on what looked to be an omelette as he chatted with the blonde beauty.
Piven, who is know for his role as Ari Gold in the critically-acclaimed HBO series Entourage, also donned a casual ensemble for his afternoon meet-up with Katie.

Back in 2012, Kearney earned the title of Miss Missouri USA due to her show stopping looks and undeniable affability. She would go on to compete in the highly coveted Miss USA pageant.

Back in 2017, an actress by the name of Anastasia Taneie accused the actor of forcefully ‘groping her chest and genitals’ when they were alone together on the set of Entourage in 2009, according to USA Today.
According to her, Piven only ceased his inappropriate conduct when ‘an assistant director walked by.’
She also alleged that Piven had her removed from set following the encounter and he claimed to others that she ‘came on’ to him.

Anastasia was working as an extra on the show and, following the forceful interaction with Piven, she ‘was scared at the time nobody was going to believe [her].’
